Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy
Event Cancellation: If an event is canceled, ticket holders are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Service fees and other additional charges may also be refunded depending on the circumstances.
Event Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you can request a refund within 14 days of the announcement of the new date.

2. Ticket Holder-Initiated Refunds
Standard Refunds: Refund requests initiated by ticket holders are only accepted up to 30 days before the event date. A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Non-Refundable Circumstances: Refunds will not be granted for:
-Change of mind or personal scheduling conflicts.
-Tickets purchased at discounted rates, including promotional or bulk purchases.
-Inclement weather if the event proceeds as planned.
-Partial attendance or missed portions of the event.
