The Managing Director of ScreenBox Pte Ltd, an award-winning Singapore-based digital content creating agency. Previously a production house known for its international documentaries and media production services for an impressive list of local and regional clients, Sujimy has paved the way for ScreenBox to evolve and align itself to today’s digital age of social media. ScreenBox has carved a niche area for itself, with its multiple owned and managed Facebook pages which garner an average people reached of 7 million monthly.

On the marketing front, Sujimy is also well-known amongst advertisers and ad agencies in creating effective advertising campaigns and viral marketing videos targeting the Malay/Muslim community in Singapore and across the region. Today, he is also a social media influencer with more than 310,000 followers on his Facebook page. He is recognised for his vlogs that feature human-interest stories with social messaging. His vlogs are widely followed with viewership ratings ranging from 500,000 to 3.2 million views and clinching an average online reach of 3 million people.

Having been a veteran in the media industry for 32 years, Sujimy honed his skills early in the backrooms of broadcasting stations. To date, this National University of Singapore alumnus is a prominent member of the TV industry and has produced and directed over 80 TV shows, documentaries and numerous viral videos. Sujimy also leads a team in ScreenBox who manages StarHub's Malay Hub Sensasi Channel 123. His creative achievements have attained the respect of many in the Malay community.

When it comes to producing and directing documentaries, Sujimy has hands-on experience and an uncommon natural affinity. Sujimy’s early documentaries include award-winning Hanyut (Adrift) revolving around the stories of wayward youth and Kau Istimewa (You’re Special) featuring the destitute in Singapore - both won local and international awards respectively. In later years, his documentaries began addressing other human-interest issues in Asia such as The Million-makers, The Peddlers of Asia and The Centennials Asia for Channel News Asia. While he currently focuses his energy on social media content creation, his previous works are still being sold and distributed across the globe till today.

Real estate veteran & visionary entrepreneur, Ismail Gafoor, is the catalyst behind homegrown icon PropNex, the largest listed real estate agency in Singapore. He built his empire growing from Nooris Consultants, a 2-man setup from a small office in Chinatown to what has become the agency of choice with over 12,000 salespersons today.

ACHIEVEMENTS WITH PROPNEX:

· Co-founded PropNex with like-minded individuals to transform the real estate landscape.

· Established the dual career path for Real Estate Salesperson in 2000.

· Levelled up the professionalism of the industry by making compulsory indemnity insurance before the proper inception of regulatory bodies in 2008.

· Expanding a homegrown icon regionally (Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia & Australia).

· Led his team to be publicly listed within 7 months of conceptualisation in 2018.

· Introduced a pension programme for Team Leaders.

Before devoting his work full-time to PropNex, Ismail served 13 years as a pensionable officer in the Singapore Armed Forces taking on many pivotal roles such as Battalion and Brigade Commander where he honed his leadership skills which are second to none. He retired as a Colonel in 2019, holding his last appointment as the Chief of Staff for the 9th Infantry Division of the Singapore Armed Forces.

Ismail's numerous accomplishments in his life have yielded recognition in terms of personal accolades with being awarded the Singapore Malay Chamber of Commerce & Industry's Entrepreneur of the Year in 2004, the Singapore Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry's Overall Indian Entrepreneur of the Year in 2008 and one of his greatest achievement was to be conferred the Entrepreneur of the Year by the Spirit of Enterprise (SOE) in 2015-rising to the top among 390 local entrepreneurs.

A man who dedicates his life to the betterment of others has served on several committees and boards giving back to society in different ways and forms. He was the President of the Institute of Estate Agents (IEA), a member of the Lifelong Learning Council and a member of the Advisory Council on Community Relations in Defence (ACCORD). Currently, he serves as the President of Spirit of Enterprise (SOE), a role where he hopes to encourage more entrepreneurs to take the leap of faith and pursue their dreams. He is also a Member of the MENDAKI Education Trust Fund (ETF) Committee since 2019.

Ismail's journey from a military officer to a successful entrepreneur is a testament to his resilience, leadership skills, and determination. As he continues to inspire and shape the real estate industry and entrepreneurship landscape in Singapore, there is no doubt that his contributions will leave a lasting legacy for generations to come

More than 20 years’ experience in strategic PPM, PMO, Quality, Risk, and Financial management with a proven track record as a dynamic leader in highly demanding international environments such as China, Iraq, Malaysia, Singapore, Somalia, Sudan, Uganda, and U.A.E. I present strategic and tactical operational competencies coupled with excellent communication, motivational, contracting and business re-engineering skillsets.

Highly professionally qualified and certified with senior management responsibilities in Project / General / Operational management, Change management, Quality and Risk management, and full P&L responsibilities.

In my more recent roles, I play senior management strategic and general management roles with departmental responsibilities specializing in PPM, PfMP, PgMP, business strategy, change management, business risk management, budgeting, and financial planning, contract management, general management, training and development, communication and presentation, profit and cost control.

My technical competencies include certifications in PMP® (PMI®), ISO 9001:2015 internal auditor and lead auditor, PRINCE2® practitioner, MPM® (AAPM®), CIMFAS M5/9/HI, CLSB and I am also a fellow with the AAPM and have strong FIDIC contracts knowledge.

On the education front, I graduated with 2.1 bachelors and a MSc in Project Management from the University of Liverpool.

Farhan Firdaus, Partner at Meet Ventures, is a venture builder and operations professional. Prior to this, Farhan was the COO of OraCare Group where he helped to grow the company to raise US$24M and expand to 24 locations. He was also the Head of Venture Building at Seristine Group where he led a portfolio company to US$1M revenue within 1+ years.

As an experienced venture builder and startup advisor, Farhan has mentored close to 500 startup founders in the ASEAN and Oceania region. Some of Farhan's mentees have won national-level competitions in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Papua New Guinea and others have been invested by state-level companies and multinational conglomerates. Farhan is a mentor with 500 startups, Tech Stars, Seed Stars and Indonesia Governments 1000 Digital Startups initiative. Farhan has also been recognised as one of the most outstanding young professionals in Singapore. He was conferred the Ten Outstanding Young Person Award in Singapore and the Nanyang Technological University Outstanding Young Alumni Award. Past recipients of these awards included Ministers from Singapore.

Farhan is also active in the academic scene, having been invited as Guest Lecturer at leading universities such as NUS Business School, RMIT University and ESSEC Business School. He is also a Technopreneurship Scholar at Nanyang Technological University (ranked 11th globally on the QS World University Rankings) and Advisory Committee Member at the Ministry of Education as well as Board Member at the Singapore Polytechnic School of Business. An emerging thought leader in the business world, Farhan was recognized by the European Commission as a EUVP Fellow, was recognized the the US State Department as an IVLP Fellow and was appointed by the National Voluntary Philanthropy Centre (NVPC) as a COG Fellow.

Wayne Lai is the Deputy General Manager, Southeast Asia, and Vice President of Financial Products. He expands business operations in Southeast Asia and initiates products for financial instruments. Prior to joining MioTech, Wayne helped Moody’s formulate and implement business growth strategies in China. Previously, Wayne led global data initiatives at Fitch Ratings’ sustainable finance group and managed Asia Pacific product developments at S&P Indices. Before relocating to Asia Pacific, Wayne developed portal alpha equity and short-term fixed-income strategies for PIMCO. Wayne holds a Master of Science in Global Finance from New York University and the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Statistics from the University of Michigan. He is a charterholder of CFA, CMT, and FRM.

Ms Dewi Hartaty Suratty was appointed as CEO of Warees Halal Limited on 1 October 2017. She has more than 15 years of experience in the Halal industry and was involved in the ASEAN Working Group on Halal Food, MABIMS Special Technical Committee on Halal Development, Singapore Food Standards Committee and the Food Innovation & Resource Centre Advisory Panel. Ms Dewi holds a Masters of Business Administration (With Distinction) from University Hull UK and Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) in Food Science & Technology from the National University of Singapore.

At present, Ms Dewi also holds a concurrent appointment as Director (Asset Policy & Endowment) overseeing the development and management of community funds at the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (Muis), a statutory board in-charge of Muslim affairs.

Will Leong is a Programme Manager and AVP at UOB FinLab, UOB’s innovation lab and accelerator. He has more than 7 years of experience in digitalisation, sustainability, entrepreneurship, technology, innovation, fintech, and new business models. As one of the pioneering FinLab members, he was integral to the success of its programmes, which include UOB’s first FinTech accelerator in 2016, and the SME digital transformation programmes from 2018 onwards. He also brought these programmes into ASEAN, spending a year in Thailand to digitalise the SMEs there. Over the past 2 years, he has driven the adoption of the sustainability solutions offered by UOB, and under his watch, UOB FinLab launched 2 new sustainability programmes to help SMEs and greentechs in their business growth. Will is always passionate about lifelong learning, and making an impactful change one step at a time.

Mr Mohd Fahmi Aliman joined the labour movement in 2019 under the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) as part of their administration and research unit. Since April 2020, he has served as Director of the Operation and Mobilisation Division Secretariat.

In July 2020, he was elected as a Member of Parliament (MP) for Geylang Serai under the Marine Parade Group Representative Constituency (GRC). He was also appointed as Mayor of the South East Community Development Council (SE CDC).

Before joining NTUC, Mr Fahmi served under the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) for 26 years. After which, he served as the deputy chief executive of the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (MUIS) from February 2019 until March 2020. In addition, he is also the current Lead Adviser of M3@Geylang Serai, an initiative that focuses on the provision of assistance whilst uplifting the Malay/Muslim community.

Mr Fahmi graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic with a diploma in Electrical Engineering, and later from the University of Liverpool with an Honours degree in Engineering. He has a graduate diploma from the National University of Singapore in Defence Technological Science.

Subashini oversees the Ecosystem Development team that
champions the collaborative efforts of various stakeholders in
supporting and nurturing the social entrepreneurial community in
Singapore. In raiSE’s endeavor to encourage every enterprise to be
a Social Enterprise, the team is at the forefront of welcoming
interested Corporates to make Social Enterprises a part of their
sustainability journey.
Concurrently, she also heads the Strategic Communications unit
that manages the marketing, branding, and public relations efforts
to increase awareness of and raise support for Social Enterprises
in Singapore.
Prior to joining raiSE in 2017, Subashini led various teams in the areas of Enterprise Development,
Marketing and Communications, and Corporate Development. She has 18 years of exposure in varied
industries both in government and the private sector.
Subashini is passionate about the impact that inclusive businesses can have on our communities and
takes a personal interest in the narration of social impact through integrated communications. Having
managed her own fashion retail business, she has an astute understanding of the trials and tribulations
of a local startup founder and is known for her sensibilities and contagious enthusiasm.
